Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with GoodMorningBuddy. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

2. Free Trial and Early Bird Access

If you are participating in a free trial or early bird promotion, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed. No refund is needed for free trial periods.

3. Subscription Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of your first paid subscription: If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
  • Service failure: If a technical issue on our end prevents the Service from delivering messages to the enrolled Senior for 3 or more consecutive days and we are unable to resolve it promptly, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • After 14 days from your first paid subscription (except for service failures as described above).
  • If, once messaging features are available, the Senior opts out of messages using the provided opt-out method (you may re-enroll them with their consent, but the unused portion is not refundable).
  • Partial months or unused days within a billing cycle after the 14-day window.
  • If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The date of the charge you would like refunded.

6. Processing Timeline

We will review your refund request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • The Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • The Senior will continue to receive morning messages until the subscription period expires.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
